Judiciary support of startups

Mehdi Jafari, Secretary of the Council to promote public awareness, information and polling of Social Assistance and Prevention of Crime, talked about goals of idea festival and said:

“We are looking for providing unique preventive ideas to society and our aim is to develop and promote prevention culture.”

Jafari referred to three main points in this festival and said: “our audience consists of those who are familiar with programming and IT.

In fact the output of this festival is a product whose base is in virtual space. Sociologists, psychologists, scientists, experts in media and communications and all the people who are active in social areas can provide their ideas.”

He explained that before this festival, there were two events. People got familiar with this topic in workshops held in Bahman and their questions about how to implement and show their ideas were answered in two other workshops.

These workshops were held at Amirkabir University. Our audience is marketers, students studying in related majors, social activists, programmers, commercial directors, entrepreneurs and etc.

Jafari talked about how superior ideas would be executed and said: “in addition to cash rewards, we want to support turning this idea into a product.

If a product has general audience, development center of Ministry of Culture and Information Technology would support it.

We grant a reward to them.” He said that they tried to support and fulfill this plan in centers and spread it in the society.

If it is useful for governmental entities, they would explain its benefits. Jafari hopes that this festival would be a beginning for cooperation and creation of unique experiences.”
