What is the average cost of using these services for businesses?
The prices for the services are different, but we offer legal packages to businesses which include these services.
For example, businesses can get 10 types of contracts by paying 600,000 Tomans for 6 months, receive 30 minutes of monthly telephone counseling, and receive a 30% discount if a contract is needed.
600 Businesses have used services that include both large businesses such as Tosan and small businesses and startups

How much lack of legal knowledge can damage startups, and how much can startups like you help overcome this gap?
Damages do not seem to have started yet, as the age of the ecosystem is low and legal damages are slowly emerging.
But in general, in areas such as investment contracts, the damage will be greater, as startups usually sign these contracts without consultation.
Investors tighten the deal through their lawyers. The field of employment contracts is also one that can create problems in the future.Partnering with the founders is another issue that will lead to disagreement.
Generally speaking, since legal services are expensive in Iran, startups usually prefer not to go for legal services and we in Vindad are going to solve this problem to make it easier for startups to use legal services.
-
During your one year in the market, how did you evaluate the market and how do you think the culture of using legal services in startups has become?

What challenges did you face during this time?
The main challenge is that our community is not familiar with providing legal services online, as it was traditionally provided so far and people were not used to receiving it online.
Another challenge is in fundraising, Because we are looking to raise capital. The lack of money in the last year in the ecosystem has challenged us a little.
